Career Opportunity – Senior MSP and Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
• Onboard new clients on to our Armada management platform.
• Deployment/Migration projects including Microsoft 365, Server and Storage Virtualization, Critical Infrastructure, and Azure.
• Assist Project Manager with project scoping.
• Provide escalate technical support to our client base.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues
• Streamline processes and deployment times using automation and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry certifications, best practices, technologies, and security protocols.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably with a managed service provider
• Proven expertise in system configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Knowledge of computer networking topology & network troubleshooting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or relevant industry certifications
• Advanced knowledge Microsoft 365, Azure, and Virtualization (VMware/HyperV)
• Upbeat Attitude and Love helping people!

Bonus Experience:

• Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar service management system
• Experience with Sophos Firewall and Endpoint Security
• Experience with MacOS
• Experience in a vCIO or consulting role.
