What should I do if the device freezes or displays an error message? Press the reset button located on the back of the device using the stylus, this will re-launch the application (resetting the device will not erase your leads).

The keyboard does not operate when I try to enter text what should I do? If at any time the keyboard is not functioning, check the keyboard lock switch on the right side of the device and make sure it is in the unlocked position.

How do I charge the device and how often? Please do not remove the battery from the device as this may cause errors, the battery will charge when the device is cradled. You will be provided with a device cradle to charge your device. It is recommended you charge the device at least for a couple of hours at night.
